Hey Cuties! Join us for our newest (and most wholesome) offering, the Queer Family Picnic.
After talking to some friends and community members, we realized there aren’t a lot of spaces for queer + trans parents to hang out ~ so we wanted to create a space for y’all! Come through, meet new friends, bring the kiddos, bring your pets, bring snacks & games, and enjoy each other.
This space is not exclusively for folks with children; maybe you wanna talk to other families about getting pregnant, or share information about your process - or maybe you just wanna hang with kids and dogs all afternoon. Either way, you are welcome here.
There is ample street parking, look for the rainbow flag near the playground. Masks required regardless of vaccination status. There are grills available if you wanna bring something to cook, and there are restrooms on site. The park also has tennis courts and a basketball court - bring whatever you’d like to enjoy an afternoon at the park!
