Hi Cuties! We’re partnering with Tia to offer you a free soundbath meditation with our dear friend Zel Amanzi of Transgressive Medicine! If you’ve been to our monthly virtual meditations, or past Easy Like Sunday Mornings, you know the vibes Zel brings. Join us Saturday 8/5 as we celebrate the opening of Tia’s new location in Pasadena!

Zel will share sound healing through crystal bowls, and traditional African instruments. Please bring any tools that might make this experience more enjoyable for you; a journal, crystals, a favorite blanket!

Doors open at 11am and the soundbath will begin promptly at 11:30am. We’ll have water and tea for you, so arrive early please. Door will be locked promptly at 11:30 to protect the integrity of the space.
